Q. What is your hourly rate?
A. My rate is $75 per hour (pick-up/drop-off),and $95 per hour (on-site), 1/hr minimum. Laptop repair is $95 per hour. I charge in 15 min increments after the first hour. My hourly rate is about HALF of what you'd expect to pay at other Green Bay/Northeastern Wisconsin-area Macintosh repair facilities.

Q. Do you make house calls?
A. Yes. I frequently visit client's homes and businesses. Trip charge is $35 (within a 50-mile radius of Green Bay). Also available is pick-up or drop-off and return service.

Q. Do you have an office location?
A. For both cost and convenience reasons, I operate my consulting business entirely out of my home, located off of Shawano Avenue in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I do offer drop-off/pick-up service. Please contact me for more information.

Q. What Apple systems/products are you familiar with?
A. All of them! I am familiar with all models of Apple Macintosh Computers: 1984 (Original Macintosh) to 2011 (Mac Pro, MacBook Air, MacBook, Apple TV, Macbook Pro, iBook, Xserve, iPad, iPod, iPhone, Etc.) and every Apple Product inbetween. Whatever system you have, I can repair it!

Q. Do you offer on-call emergency service?
A. Yes. At a rate of $130/hr (1 hr minimum) I am available on call 24/7. I can be reached at 906.869.4727. If your issue simply cannot wait, please feel to give me a call. I do not guarantee my availability during off-hours, but if I'm in town, then I make my best effort to be available.

Q. What if I need to cancel my consulting appointment?
A. I ask that clients try and give at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation.

Q. What if I need a part to repair my computer?
A. I am able to help you locate a part to repair your Mac. As I do not keep a stock of parts on hand, any parts required must be paid for in advance prior to repair work being performed.

Q. Do you work with Windows machines as well?
A. Yes, absoloutley! All services I offer for the Mac, I offer for PCs as well. I can help you with your Windows PC running Windows 95 up to Windows 7. I am able to help with OS installation, Spyware/Virus Removal, Software Installation, Hardware issues.

Q. Do you repair iPods?
A. Due to the intricate nature of iPods, I don't generally work on them. I recommend checking out iResQ or iPod Repair Squad for your iPod upgrade and repair needs.

Q. Do you charge for email/phone advice?
A. Only if the issue requires more than 15 minutes of time, in which case I begin charging in 15 minute increments. Some clients choose to have me do odds and ends, or answer their various email questions, and pay the resulting tab at the end of the month.

Q. I like your website, can you help me or my business design our website?
A. Of course! I have designed simple, elegant websites for several area businesses. Please contact me for more information about my website design services.

Q. Do you work on machines that are under warranty?
A. Nope. If your Apple product is under factory warranty, then I recommend taking it to an official Apple retailer for physical repair.
